It is a companion to the Practice Guide – A model for coaching staff in Intensive Therapeutic Care: A guide for Therapeutic Specialists and Supervisors.

This practice guide will:

  • Define feedback
  • Explore the challenges of giving and receiving feedback
  • Seek to understand the perspective of both the giver and receiver
  • Provide guidance on how to approach feedback
